Abstract. In this article, the conditions for the synthesis of polymer-metal complexes contained the different sizes of zinc oxide nanoparticles (ZnONPs) based on purified sodium-carboxymethylcellulose (Na-CMC) with a degree of substitution DS=0.80-0.85 and degree of polymerization DP=950-1050 and zinc nitrate crystal-hydrate (Zn(NO3)2×6H2O) solutions by chemical method at 80 °С temperature were determined. Physicochemical properties of Na-CMC samples containing stable zinc oxide nanoparticles of various sizes and shapes were determined by FTIR spectroscopy, atomic force microscopy, dynamic light scattering, X-ray diffractometric analysis.
